State-of-the-Art 100,000 GSF
Carroll County broke ground on their new 100,000 GFS Judicial Center in the summer of 2010. The new facility boasts 7 state-of-the-art courtrooms, separate and secure adult and juvenile holding cells, Judge's Chambers, Jury Rooms, conference room, cafeteria, and multiple meeting rooms.

Adaptive Reuse - from Shopping Mall to Conference Center
This adaptive reuse project created a conference center out of a dormant shopping mall. Completion of the 1st of multiple phases brought 28,000 GSF of flexible meeting space to the area, just 20 miles from downtown Atlanta.
