NTI has been involved in dozens of multi-use developments, which include two or more unique types of uses, including shopping, restaurants, office space, hotel, residences (apartments, condominiums, town homes or single family), government offices, and even academic facilities.
Like all projects, these projects require up-to-date technology, but they also have distinctly different uses and, therefore, different technology requirements. Coordinating the various technology requirements for each of the various uses of the facility or campus takes the expertise of technology consultants with broad knowledge and experience.
It is common for NTI to produce the construction documents for Data/Voice/MATV/CATV Cabling Plant, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, CCTV Systems, AV systems, along with Construction Administration and Installation Management Services.
